Yesterday I was introduced to Dans Hats and Caps (A REAL HAT STORE) in Montclair NJ. The store is located at 404 Bloomfield Ave Montclair, NJ . Dan also has a shop at 33 Branford Place Newark NJ. What a great experience! There is nothing like trying on so many hats, and actually knowing how a hat is going to look and fit before you buy it. Also, Dan was a great guy and has been selling hats forever. He carries a wide variety of hats, styles and sizes .His prices are 20-30 bucks higher than most internet sites but the extra cash was worth it. Dan also has a website (danshatsandcaps.com ) but I would definitely recommend going to the store. I walked out with a new Stetson Chatham and a felt brush.:
