That is just fantastic, documents and all!
My first vintage hat (if the 80's counts) :
Nice! The 1980s... hey, that's a vintage. Give me a 1982 Bordeaux and I'll be in heaven!
The Stetson Special arrived. Not sure the box is original to the hat with the crest shown.
I'm no help with hats and their appropriate boxes, but the hat is a gem! Wear it in good health, Bob!
I love that "Put it Back!" card. "Statistics Show That In 1938, 3,381,564 HATS Were Inadvertently Picked Up." As if Stetson would know. I wonder how many people accepted it at face value and never gave it another thought?
Not 3,381,563, not 3,381,565, but 3,381,564!!
Thanks again Doug!
Borsalino Gorasgu - likely early post WWII era. Very nice quality felted edge on this one.
More of this Collins & Fairbanks in the Homburg Nation thread!
Sent from thin air using electricity and other wizardry.

Another great looking hat Anthony.
Uncle! I give up trying to even remotely catch up with you guys
New Sunbody Teardrop Guatemalan Palm in the Oak color. This is straight out of the box. Later I will fold, spindle, and mutilate the crease a bit after wetting it down.
That looks great, Anthony! You snagged a keeper there. Can't wait to see head shots!
Sent directly from my mind to yours.
That is a real beauty.
Finally arrived. French collapsible top hat (opera hat) with box
It's in very good condition, quite the same as my other opera hat. The box is in better condition than the previous german box.
