I don't like to brag, but I took a shot on this one:

Arrived today -- an Oxxford suit, which fits me perfectly (despite the "46R" size tag, which is clearly not it's true size, but simply the chest measurement), for a whopping $10.99, including s/h!
I have to admit, since you folks have pointed out what to look for, although I have spent a whole lot of money on clothing, I have saved a fortune, and have developed a particular liking for Hickey Freeman suits. For the most part, the sellers of these high-end items give plenty of specific measurements, and, unlike OTR suits, these "customized" ones can often be found in my particular measurements.
