Screw da brass Red. I don't know much about the jackets, but this one is dated Dec 4, 1945.

No saluting necessary Bob. But a kowtow now and then might be good. Ha ha.

Upon some quick research, the jacket is a USAAF M44 Ike Jacket. By the end of WWII, these short jackets were general issue, made popular by General Eisenhower. If the winged patch on the sleeve had a number on it, more detailed history would be possible. It is a wonderful piece Michael. I'm impressed.

People must find the idea of a disembodied hand grisly, because I've had almost no nibbles (not much of a problem since they will be 3D printed).
