Thank you all gentlemen, you are too kind.. That crease started as a kite and turned into a 6-point diamond somewhere down the line, just tried it, dry, and it stayed that way. I was pleasantly surprised :)

Actually, these are a couple of 1960's lids I picked up for my son (more in the New Hats thread). Naturally, I had to test drive 'em before handing over the keys.
