The Open Road looks great, and great on you G.Durand.
Excellent work/railroad cap Keith.
Very nice cap, Che, and leather jacket. Is the cap an 8-dart style?

Nice having daylight in the morning after the time change - even if it is 22F this morning.

Starting the week with my 30's 8 panel cap

Nice vintage cap David.

Today I'm wearing my Akubra Down under conversion in their western weight felt.
They call the color santone fawn which is a green brown mix.

John - I'd never know that was once an Akubra Down Under. Very nice.

I can't upload any photos with the upload button. I have to host them on Photobucket. Anyone else having problems?

A new suit, and a vintage Stetson.

Over the weekend, working in a crawlspace under my porch insulating (please ignore the maniacal look on my face, I'm not sure why I look like that): Akubra Cattleman

Monte, Rob, dh66, Manfred, David, Eric, and Charlie, thank you for the great regards. Your comments are appreciated!! :)

Monte - I think a homburg pinch is a good way to "casualize" it, making it more versatile. I've also reduced the visible curl from the front a bit, giving it a little more of a contemporary profile. I haven't tried wearing my homburgs without a pinch.

Charlie - Thanks! I guess I was wearing it as a celebratory gesture for the recent 'Sox win!! :thumb: Though, I can't grow a worthy beard.

Richard, G and AnA, my sincerest thanks for the kind words!

Richard, nice parade of hats my friend. You are a natural hat wearer!

G, sharp hat and casual worn!

Keith, a fine Cap, I guess that style is a work Cap!

Che, wonderful backdrop for a photo, sharp dressed with the Cap and Jacket!

Nice Tardan John!

David, a good choice and look in that Cap!

John, nice conversion. I have the same hat!

Andy, killer look today, very sharp suit and hat combination! " The last man Standing"

Perry, great dressed for Monday, looks very good!

Sam, great photos and a killer look in the first!

RAC, nice hat and looks not like wool!

Alan, marvelous Stetson. You have a super nose for excellent hats!

Thank you Andy and Manfred. Dinerman sniffed this out originally - I was a second hand sniffer. Neat bow and model imprint on this depression era Stetson. It was worn through at the front peak of the crown... repaired, thought a scar remains.

Ed - that hat is something else :)

David - great cap - the workmanship really shows.

John - that's a great looking conversion.

Andy - nice suit and hat. I confess I'm not a fan of light ties on dark shirts, but the colours work really well together.

Perry - very nice (and sportcoat).

Sam - the loft insulation stare and mask does look suitable for Halloween :) I love the way you carry that beret off and the Greta is always a treat to see.

Richard - nice looking woolie.

Alan - That Zephyr is a reall beauty - I love that tall straight crown.
