I'm glad I don't have a grilled cheese/mac-n-cheese/nuggets only kid. It makes dinnertime so much more enjoyable to have her eat what we do, and be excited about it.

With three of the four of us here being lactose intolerant, my sons only get the nugget things once in a while. They both eat what we do--- and more of it.

Those pigs loved it too. The dairy was across the street back in those days and they threw that **** away----thus cheap pig slop to the rescue.

There are some pears in the house, maybe I'll have one of those, too. No cottage cheese, though.......but there is a blender and some vodka, hmmmmm.....

I decided to just eat the pear (no cottage cheese) then a little later drink the vodka. That worked out pretty well.

Tonight we had spaghetti. No pears.

Spaghetti, salad, garlic toast last night.

Currently brining chicken thighs (bone in, skin on) to be baked later. Accompanied by some sort of rice dish (not sure yet), broccoli, and leftover salad from last night.
