I tried on the Stetsonian at JJ last week ... really sweet

great crown and ribbon ... real nice piece

I also tried a Racine prototype which I did not like as much

Oh... I've only seen it in Tawny. I've got 3 mid to lighter greys. None really that dark. Its a good color to have but I really like that rusty lookin tawny. Is the light grey silverbelly?

Not as far as I know. I'm kind of throwing a Hail Mary here, as even Jeff hasn't seen it in light grey. I don't know what color the ribbon treatment will be. But the specs are what I wanted.

And I can't wait to see it 'cause that's what I think I want, too. The caribou looks light in some pictures online, but all the ones I've seen in person are too dark. But there aren't any good photos of the light gray in the catalog, so thanks for taking the leap, Fruno.
