Lobbia Borsalino Qualità Superiore size is 6 or 7 3/8 US
A perfect homburg in a grey shades, with a contrasting ribbon in a deep grey, brim ribbon of the same color of felt
The proportions are as follow: curled and bounded brim at 5 cm. Crown at 11 cm.
Felt of medium weight, color is "Bario", Ribbon is "Asphalt" made in 1986
Excellent conditions, it has two stars on the sweatband, but no name where it was sold
A classic homburg in a very elegant shape and colors
Very beautiful, Daniele. I think this is the only example of the "bario" colour I've seen.

Borsalino Qualità Extra Extra Superiore size is 6 1/2 or 7 1/2 US very true size
This Borsalino arrived with two others of a size larger than mine, one is now at Charlie's house, another remained unsold and this was the worst in conditions, but of my size. He needed a reconstruction, so he left for the West of the United States where it was exemplarily restored at the BSHW
Borsalino probably from the 40' sold in Italy from the seller information, "Dattero" is the color of the felt and I'm unable to decipher the type
The proportions of this beauty are: brim at 7 cm. and crown at 10.5 cm.
The hat had a new ribbon and a new sweatband to be worn again, but it didn't look good on me, so it was reblocked recently and that's the result.

It's not a classic Borsalino by any means, but the fact that it is one, and its tweed trilby style appealed to the Englishman in me, I couldn't resist buying it.

Borsalino Cicosca in misto stagno. Size 56, felted ribbon, overwelt edge at 6cm with four rows of stitching. Unlined with a crown patch covered in cellophane. Qualitá extra extra superiore and weighing 94 grams. Sold by Melegari of Milan. being a misto felt it might contain some wool; hard to tell. Unusual to see a misto in the extra extra superiore quality. Mid to late fifties.
