Tonight we cheat....bought Montana's precooked ribs on coupon at Costco....heatem & eatem!

Costco's is known around this neck of the woods for their "big *** hot dogs."
Spare Ribs: Fox's Pub; also a hot off the press Irish Times copy. But Nick's Gyros offers beef & spare ribs.
And, beef rib tips. Thick cut fries with.

Tonite: Italian sausage, bakery rolls. Ideal basketball chow. Chocolate chips too. :D

Yep, that is another of my guilty pleasures......you can't beat a Costco hot dog....it was a sad day when they discontinued the Polish dog

Just a couple of Guinness???

In law school, my buddy and I created a plural just for Guinness - Guinnae.

Roasted up a Dublin Coddle to celebrate the St. Patrick's....only I subbed boneless country style ribs for the bacon. The bacon I fried up then tossed some onions and cabbage in the grease to accompany the meat and potatoes. A couple of Guinness washed it all down.
