Tonight we cheat....bought Montana's precooked ribs on coupon at Costco....heatem & eatem! Along with a mess of asparagus....quick, delicious minimalist dinner

Costco's is known around this neck of the woods for their "big *** hot dogs."
Spare Ribs: Fox's Pub; also a hot off the press Irish Times copy. But Nick's Gyros offers beef & spare ribs.
And, beef rib tips. Thick cut fries with.
Tonite: Italian sausage, bakery rolls. Ideal basketball chow. Chocolate chips too.

Roasted up a Dublin Coddle to celebrate the St. Patrick's....only I subbed boneless country style ribs for the bacon. The bacon I fried up then tossed some onions and cabbage in the grease to accompany the meat and potatoes. A couple of Guinness washed it all down.

I like asparagus. I do not like trout. At least so far I have not. I want to like fish and seafood, but so far it is a “no” for me.
