Last night's supper was an oven baked coated chicken, a sort of seasoned breading, Greek style roasted potatoes and steamed green beans. A lovely New Zealand white and baguette.

Dry rub on oven baked corn fed chicken with garden salad and Feta.

Leftovers from yesterday’s chicken, cut cold, with orange lentils salad.

Last night, with the sister, brother in law and one meat loving nephew visiting, I christened my new Canadian grill, the Napoleon Prestige, which replaces my 2012 Napoleon Prestige, with FIVE 14 ounce rib eye steaks, and garam massala-buttered corn in the husk and on the cob.

Hooked up directly to the house's propane supply, we never have to fill up empty tanks again.

Broke a tooth yesterday and visited an oral surgeon this morning who carved out the shards
from my upper jaw, $469 for extract and x-ray. So tuna casserole seems good tonite.

Bachelor Pork Chop slam: Cut pork filets, slam inside microwave, 9mins; Ore Ida hash browns slam, 3mins;
Campbell's Hungry Man vegetable beef soup, slam, ditto 3 mikes.
Toss sliced filets, hash browns, soup inside frying pan. Consume. And do the dishes whenever you want.

New potatoes, fresh green beans ans some slightly rendered bacon cubes, classic summer dish.

Some blanched green pears to come additionally when available/ripe.

Stars and Stripes...beans n' franks, the meal US Army mess halls serve on payday.
Or, I may stop enroute for Spam and grab a carton of eggs to go.
