Two military style caps. One a cheapie off Amazon, the other an expensive cheapie from the motor co. Lol. Took a ride to sunflower fields at local state park.

Today started off at 0 degrees Celsius. So put on my old Tilley flat cap. It’s been 16 years. Maybe I should upgrade.

It looks like it could use a bit of cleaning, but otherwise why would you need to upgrade? Unless, of course, it doesn't keep your head warm, in which case you need to get yourself a nice Irish tweed flat cap.

I'm a fan of the Hanna Vintage caps, but I like a tad more brim. The Hanna Daithi seems to fit the "bill." Anyone have a Daithi, with pics?

I hope the cough is going ok. well if you are all a little unsure of which one to go for, then there's a lovely bit of reading here on what the best Irish hat to go for is. Enjoy :)

Hello, and welcome to The Lounge. No uncertainty here, I have quite a few Newsboy and Flat caps from various manufacturers that I wear in regular rotation. Some are of lesser quality, but I enjoy them all as well as my brimmed hats.

Does anyone know if there is a maker of Newsboy's that has a ball-cap style adjustable band in the back? My hair has gotten very long over the last few years and I'd like a newsboy with a ball-cap adjustable band so I can pop my ponytail through it. All my newsboy's don't fit comfortably any longer because of all the extra hair. It forces the hat down forwards too much.

Has anyone got a simon james cathcart cap?, they look pretty decent to me and much like the 30's caps you saw in Britain of the time, also what would be the best place to get vintage caps instead of reproductions? you see them on ebay from time to time but they are usually quite small, cheers.
