How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

A little chilly here for a shirt less vest! Anyway it won't arrive until tomorrow. I just noticed no one else liked it. I'm sad.

It has good patina and some nice pins and buttons. Some of the styles here are too out there for me—to wear without attracting unwanted attention.

This very old monarch showed up today. I believe some work was done (quite well) by Dave Sheelley, but it’s still quite strong. Very heavy leather, wears similar to some police jackets I’ve handled. The leather hang loop on it alone is crazy heavy duty.

That's an amazing jacket. I love the cuffs and shoulder gussets. Super solid, simple and functional. And it looks great.

I have had a WB place deerskin car coat on my watchlist for months, and today the seller offered it to me for $60 so I took the bait.

Sadly a couple hours after ordering it I realized that the sleeves are going to be too short, one of the reasons I didn't buy on a previous discount and was going to take it off my watchlist which I forgot to do.
I tried to cancel the order, but it's already being shipped so I can't cancel my order and the seller doesn't accept returns either

It's a quality piece at a real steal and maybe it'll somehow be wearable with the 21" sleeves, but most likely it'll be a failed purchase that I can't even move along because of the short sleeves.

I just bought a vintage brown Lesco cross zip on Ebay.
It's missing one of the belt loops and the back elastic is probably shot but otherwise it was cheap enough for that not to matter much.

SB coming from US (thanks to @Bluechel who has been fantastic to deal with, very patient and reasonable!).
My first purchase from the US! Imagine that. Just cleared customs, should reach me in a couple of days.
Let's see if it ends up in the classifieds like most of my purchases do or will this be one of the keepers.

No idea, some kind of horsehide.

SB has at least 8 different black horsehides listed in their current leather options, impossible to tell which one this is.
I didn't get any info from the seller, but it looks good to my eye from the photos, can't wait to see and feel it in person.
Most likely dyed through, not tea core.

Got the jacket today. Beautiful stuff, especially the intoxicating pleasant smell. Some seriously gorgeous horsehide on this one, nice lining too. But the fit just ain't good enough for me (as always, too wide in the mid and bottom torso) so I'll be passing it on in the classifieds. Let me know if anyone is interested now that I imported this to EU for the sake of us size 36 EU folk :D

Condition and style too cool for me. Some might recognize this pattern.
The classic Windward, redone by Eastman Leather and Vanson did one similar. Made by Roughwear Clothing. Came in brown too, some with gathered sides some with belted sides, light linings, quilted linings all from the 1940s.

I got this one last night. I've been looking for a Vintage Wool, this is the first of the season. It wasn't cheap. Dated April 1939. Excellent presentation by seller. Short wools are so hard to find, can't pass on one in this condition and size.

Some detective worked needed to read label

For the first time in six years, I have a jacket on the way. Been chatting to JC at Good Wear and looking at a Combat Clone Aero 21996 for March next year. It'll be my second GW, I got a Dubow in 2018, and we've chatting on and off for getting on seven years about the second one - I know, I know, but I've had a lot of other stuff going on and wasn't in great hurry to make a decision until I had the time to give it some real consideration.
Initially, I was just going to go with a straightforward depot redye, but John suggested a Combat Clone version and sent me some pics of one he'd been working on. It's much more involved than it looks, but the effect is amazing and I'm completely sold on it.

I picked this up, because I liked the price and measurements were right. Talon zippers and shearling buttons. I was thinking 'Branded Garments', which is a solid maker, but I've never seen them use that sort of belt loop and kidney stitching.. I'm kinda stumped....anyone know for sure?

BG has the size tag placed like that, and many times only the zip-in lining has the tag...that's my best guess too.
