Perhaps it was a cigar table or smoking table? I don't know much about them or what the exact name would be in English but in Norway they are called smoking tables.They have a raised edge.

I get the usual compliments,nice hair,dress,makeup etc. I do not get much of the "where are you going,what's up with the costume?" comments, probably due to me not being much of a people person and as my friends put it: "you do not exactly look approachable"..I don't smile much and don't look...

Oh my gosh..I am a mess at explaining. How about if I try to take some photos when I find the time..I use 3 different methods to do 30s waves,this time it was done with wave clips.

I don't know..I am never really happy about the result,it is "impossible" to get perfect waves with hair as long as mine. Perfect marcel waves is perfection in my eyes :)..but heck if I'll cut my hair...yet ;P

Everything around me inspires me. I am surrounded by all things 20s/30s- movies,magazines,the people in the frames on the wall..I grew up with vintage and antiques,my great grandmother & granny was glamorous and it is just unthinkable for me to go out in..whatever it is people nowadays are...

I prefer pale,my ideal is white..white hair and white skin, ghostly pale..I love that :) But I do have self tanners in case I need to look a bit "healthy" for some reason, Hawaiian Tropic Sun Dial is a good one.

My hair is my only "problem". I love to have long hair ( it is almost down to my knees now ) but it is truly a hassle, it is very time consuming.
