Thanks for the information.
I was pretty confident about my hat size, it seemed pretty consistent, until I bought a Stetson fedora recently. The shop even measured me and came up with the same size. When the hat came it was slightly large.

Hmm. There's one on ebay right now complete with the hat band, but about double what you would pay directly from Stratton. Stratton would sell you the hat, you would just have to contact them about shipping outside the US. Or if you have a friend or relative in the US.
There's a place called...
It is just a plain black cattleman with trail dust. The unique feature is the hat band. Would like to find a similar hatband. Anyone have an idea where? Or a closeup of the detail. Is it braided horse hair?

Maybe, in the 21st Century, the pendulum will begin to swing the other way. The new buzz term is "decision fatigue." It seems there is a practical reason after all for the dark blue or gray suit, white or blue shirt and tie...
My standard is Haslinger soaps. I like the sandalwood, sheep's milk, and sage. Great lather and the scents are mild.
Though I keep thinking about trying a Bay Rum??
