I would expect that no small part of that is because when our boys got out of the military, many of them kept smoking what they were given for free during the wars. Or maybe I'm remembering this from a half-watched episode of Mad Men a while back...
Now, where to find some...
So two other questions I have then.
1) I have looked a few places and have encountered limited success in finding bracers to put on my nice new trousers. The couple of places I have found them have been rather out of my price ranger ($80 or so). Is ebay an ok...
For Christmas my parents took me shopping for some work-type clothes because I'm somewhat lacking in that respect. I was saying to them that I wanted to get buttons put on my slacks for braces and was informed that braces were more appropriate with a suit (I think my dad said 'when one's wearing...
I think the reply was more meant that having to remove a sweater then one's trousers is just a bit of a hassle when nature calls. That being said I've never found this much of a problem.

Dollhouse, brain child of oft abused Joss...
Fair point but Dollhouse is far from canceled. That was my only point.
Hopefully this time around Fox will realize that Joss's shows need a season to get their sea legs. Buffy's first season was by no means spectacular but the later ones are TV history.
A Russian mobster? A bold move for sure.
Last show for me was (well is... yay multitasking) Big Bang Theory which is sadly the story of my live to a large extent.
