From my experience with Japanese brands, they tend to run a bit small if you have an athletic build. I had the same worry when ordering, but I'm glad I went with the bigger one. So, I'd recommend 42 just in case.

Finally got my jacket today, I’m so glad I went with 44, cuz even this is a slim fit! I took some of quick photos. Thanks so much for all the inputs, guys. I’m very happy with how it turned out.

Thanks for the info, I will check out the store sometime later this week. Seems like the Schott 141 is made of cowhide. The RRL jacket I already own is a cowhide jacket. Another reason I want a TMC is because of the horsehide leather they use.

@Canuck Panda Another thing is that the 44 has a 67cm sleeve length, which is 3cm longer than my RRL. It shouldn't be an issue after breaking in, but it could look long at the start. I want to consider the stiffness of a horsehide jacket, so I want to make sure it wont be too tight around the...
