Do you recall your specified arm and body lengths?
Amanda states the standard body is 25" back/26.5" front, standard sleeve is 25-25.5".

Hi Jan,
Nice jacket, I ordered a cossack with a bi-swing back made from goat in April this year....should be here tomorrow. I had Amanda hold the jacket for a couple of weeks until we had sorted ourselves out after a 7.1 quake ripped up the town. I hope it turns out as good as yours.
I spent a lot of time reviewing the posts on this site and got a lot of ideas from your jacket designs and collection...thanks you're a great help to first time Aero jacket owners.

New Aero Cossack has arrived
Here are a few photos of the jacket straight out of the box
The jacket is made of seal goat hide size 38 with added length to make it 27".
Lined with wine rayon over a cotton inner lining.
Bi-Swing back
2 internal pockets
external pockets lined with dark brown corduroy

Hi Quake, good looking jacket.
I also had trouble figuring out how to post pics, if you upload to photobucket then open 2 windows, 1 with the post page on the other with photobucket on then drag the IMG code over to the post window when you select preview post they should appear.

Go to your Flickr bucket, select picture and double click, push left icon above picture, scroll down the menu and select "show all sizes", select medium 640 for a good size, paste html image code and your done.

Very nice design Jan. I'm definitely sold on the od gaberdine lining and stitching, the lining is elegant.
As a side note of info/opinion: I received my Aero samples. I was set on ordering the dark brown HH 'pull up' for a Bootlegger (based on another member's dk. brown 'pull up' Bootlegger jacket which really looks fabulous.)
I was a little surprised at how much alike the dk. brown 'pull up' and FQHH looked and felt once I had the samples in hand. While the FQHH did feel slightly dryer, I expected the 'pull up' to feel noticeably waxy compared to the FQHH which it didn't.
The weight, colour and hand were very similar between the two; what stood out for me was how different they looked and felt after a simulated break-in (constant folding, scrunching, twisting etc. 20-25 minutes).
The 'pull up' didn't seem to change that much and took on far less 'character' compared to the FQHH, .....the only change seemingly rendered was some grain prominence which came to the fore. Its 'hand' seemed to change very little and it only exhibited perhaps 1/10th the creasing the FQHH took on.
The FQHH really looked fabulous (IMHO) after the simulated break-in, lots of creasing and grain prominence, it also felt more 'broken in' hand wise with a natural feeling, the leather felt completely 'relaxed'. The 'pull up' seemed to retain 70% of its pre-break-in springiness where the FQHH lost all of it.
Apart from exhibiting more pronounced grain, surprisingly the 'pull up' didn't look or feel that much different after the 'break-in'.
While the 'pull up' is a very nice leather (and I'm sure some will prefer its post break in feel/look) I think I will be going for the Bootlegger in FQHH now.

I recieved a couple of PMs regarding the overall lenght of the jacket. The back length is 68cm/26.77 inches measured from the seam that connects the collar to the back panel. Front and back are equaly long.

Jan your jacket is amazing ! I am tempted to order a LHB in that lovely goat hide, sometimes FQHH is just too much and I think the goat is ideal for when the weather is not so cold.
