Rudie tried to give BK some friendly advice regarding its negative marketing strategy and, in response, BK took credit for elevating the quality of leather jackets made by other manufacturers. BK claims that, by relentlessly disparaging its competitors, it has single-handily rescued the leather jacket industry from mediocrity. Apparently, we all owe BK a debt of gratitude for its childish antics.
