Equilibre Paris Les Halles

I have a black leather jacket made by Equilibre Paris Des Les Halles, a maker I know nothing about. I bought it because it looks almost exactly like an M-65 field jacket. It's a little snug on me, and the sleeves are a bit short, but I would love to find this exact jacket in my size. It seems of good quality, if not outstanding.

I've only seen one other jacket made by this maker, not the same model unfortunately, in about 2+ years of looking, and can find nothing about the brand on the internet, in part I'm sure due to the fact that Les Halles is/was a famous landmark in Paris. Searches mostly bring up hotels restaurants and shopping for Les Halles.

I wonder if some of our members in Europe might know a thing or two about them.

This is super cool!!! Looks fantastic and yeah, they've gotten every detail right. Leather seems seriously thick, I'm surprised they've used such heavy hide for this style. Awesome! I've found a couple of jackets of theirs online, seems mostly vtg styled repros but no info whatsoever. Man, to think IH sells the exact same jacket for $1500

According to this add the jacket was made in 82, your label looks of an older design.
Maybe 60s or 70s?

This Equilibre jacket weighs in at about 4.5 lbs, maybe a hair under. It's reasonably heavy leather, but not super heavy, and not at all stiff. It actually feels really nice. I'm sure sorry it's not quite big enough for me... I just wish I could find it again in my size, but this maker seems to be super obscure. I have it listed on eBay now if anyone is interested.

That Ironheart you linked to is interesting, but it looks to me like the sizing is pretty weird. I'd have to wear an XXL for the chest size, but the sleeve length on the XXL is about 2-3 inches too long. Plus, I don't like the added handwarmer pockets, which are found on many take-offs on the M-65 style, but not part of the M-65 spec. The Equilbre is the closest thing I've found yet to an actual clone of the M-65. Apart from not having a stashable hood hidden in the collar, and having an inside pocket, it's very, very close.
