New Ribbon color, and, yes, it's a thin one!

Wearing this today for a busy schedule: 11am funeral, 4pm wedding, 6:30pm worship service. This Dobbs used to have a black ribbon. As to the color change, all I will say is that it is the same exact ribbon.:whistling I like this so much better!

Thank you, both. You know, it's been a challenge to stick with fedoras, for me, anyway, but I haven't given up yet. Not yet. I need to invest in better goods, but right now jackets have taken center place in my interests. Funny how we go through seasons of interest.

Dean, I am not sure why you are not real comfy in fedoras, but I have seen some you have owned and I think you look every bit as good as the rest of us in a fedora. Heck actually better than some, me included. I would hate to see you give up on them.:p

Yeah, actually the best I can say is that when anyone remarks about the hats I feel weird like I want to hide, even knowing they're just joking around or being cute or whatever. It's really an emotional reaction that troubles me. Being somewhat narcissistic contributes to it. If you have that condition to any degree, you overreact to anything you even suspect of being a put-down or slight. It isn't the same thing as being egotistical, it's really hypersensitivity to the opinions of others. Sometimes it's like you have the big head about yourself, othertimes you simply are seeking affirmation, to an excessive degree. Enough junior psychiatrist for today. Thanks for your response dg.
