Perhaps I'm going to the wrong stores but I've always gotten my feet measured when I buy shoes at Nordstrom. Also, as I have freak feet that are a full size apart, they will give me one in each proper size so they fit properly gratis. I love Nordstrom.

I would suggest getting Firefox. With the AdBlock and FlashBlock extensions you won't end up with much to choke and stall on (but you can, if you so desire, enable a certain flash element to-for example-watch a video on youtube).

Tales of the Black Freighter, the comic within the comic, was released on DVD last Tuesday (the 3rd). It's animated with Gerald Butler of 300 fame doing the voice of the castaway. It is currently available on Amazon.

Does anyone have or know anything about taps on shoes? I'm not talking about tap shoes but a little bit a cobbler would but on the underside of the toe to help protect the sole...
That's kind of fun. I like these uniforms substantially better than the one's from TOS. Also, and hopefully not to jinx the whole thing, I am sort of liking to imagine a rebooted TOS (ignoring all the rubbish from Enterprise) with this cast. Highly unlikely, I know, but a sweet little dream.
