Gin, yes and I like 'em with Aquavit- Linie particularly.
Here's a thread I started:

I was given two bottles of Pisco from my friend's family estate in Peru- Bel La Mi Sangre. One Aromatic Moscatel and one Acholado. What a wonderful smell from the bottle! I took a few sips straight and made a few Pisco Sours.
Nice one.
Have you ever had any Lambics from Lindemans? Framboise, cassis, pomme, peche, and my favorite- kriek. You have to forget what you know about beer and accept the absence of hops, with it being replace by a tart fruit flavor.:)
I like all kinds except for Gueuze. I have a place for just about every slyle of beer. There are plenty in all these catagories that I don't like and a few brands I stay away from. Picking a favorite would depend on what I'm in the mood for, where in the tasting menu I am, or what's for dinner.
Here too. It also makes a great base for a dip and/or salad dressing. Tahini, soy, miso paste, garlic, lemon, and a few other things... Nice way to use up the fresh zucchini when it comes in like gangbusters.
I had Ithaca Beer Company's Flower Power over the weekend, had a 32 oz. growler full.
Right up Tomasso's alley, I'd bet.
A must try for those who are big hop fans!
