    Dean Martin

On wikipedia Phyllis Dyller is said to have stated "that wasnt tea in his glass". So who knows, I love Dean Martin, he has such a beautiful voice. Did you ever see the promo for the DVD's on the DMS, one huge appearance after another, I dont think there is any other show that boasted as many...

    One seriously cool Mexican

How about Eli Wallach, who is also not really Mexican either but Jewishlol , but played the role IMHO to a t. "Hey Blondie", the scene where he goes into the gun shop and builds his own pistola is awesome.

    Dean Martin

I always liked Ol Deano and his crooner of a voice, also always thought he was a bit of a lush and a Lady's man. Come to find out that I and Im sure many others couldnt have been more wrong. I cant remember who was being interviewed but I heard it on talk radio, it was someone who was privy to...

What Was The Last Movie You Watched?

I finally saw Miracle at St Anna by Spike Lee, I thought it was a wonderful movie with a great plot. I guess it was a true event "Sant'Anna di Stazzema atrocity" but it was controversial to the Italians for its iterperetation of the historical event. I watched it with my Father who just lost...

What Was The Last Movie You Watched?

Millers Crossing is one of my favorite gangster movies - "la Schmatta", I dont know the actors name but the heavy set fellow with the chubby little boy was fantastic in that movie, the way he would drop his jaw with a look of contemplation was classic. All of the actors were great in that one...

    Favourite Horror Flick?

I love all of the old Monster/Sci-fi movies, the cheesier the better. The Evil Dead series are great, Spider Island with all of the sultry babes "Ohhh GAaary", Frankenstein on the windmill - classic, Wolfman in the Bain, Dracula with cape covered face and beaming eyes hovering over some dames...

Most Over-rated Actress of the Golden Era?

I always thought of Katharine Hepburn as a very classy gifted actress, a natural with girl next door quality and beauty. On another note I saw a show on hurricanes which told the story of how her family survived the 1938 storm in Connecticut by floating around in what was left of a neighbors...

    james cameron's AVATAR in 3-D

Stand to be corrected but I still say there is a big difference between todays Stars and the Stars of yesterday! Not too many actually served for their country, let alone in the manner of an Audie or a Jimmy.

    james cameron's AVATAR in 3-D

Well, here it goes. I saw it a few months ago and I thought it was visually stunning, 3d was pretty awesome and my blood is starting to boil again. After about a half hour into it the plot was clear and typical of the same old worn out modern Hollywood theme. America and Capitalists are greedy...

    What's your alltime favorite movie?

Clockwork Orange, thats a good one "righty right", " a little pain in the ol gullet huh". My all time favorite is "To Kill A Mockingbird" I can watch that movie and turn around and watch it again. Narrated by the young Lass and all of the nostalgia hooks me in everytime I watch it.

What Was The Last Movie You Watched?

My Uncle Michael died 6 weeks after D-Day (survived that), only to fall inland in a small village in France, ironically pretty much followed the movies storyline. I heard a quote the other day, I missed who said it but when asked by French leaders years later to take all of our goods out of...

What Was The Last Movie You Watched?

I liked Sherlock Holmes, the two teamed up together were great. The setting was very realistic and enjoyed Holmes' wit. Another good one I just saw was Brothers, very good drama. The oldest daughter was a very fine young actress!
