Awh, thanks :) Yeah I agree totally - I have a friend/colleague who is interested in the male side of things, he's into the suits and the rockabilly 50's gear too, so it may be something I add later on, once I'm up and running :)
Thanks for the support ladies :) x
Hi ladies, I don't know if it's against the rules (I have read the FAQ etc) but I was wondering if you'd be so kind as to spend a few minutes of your time answering some questions on vintage fashion and shopping in general?

Moira! That leopard print coat is divine! How do you afford to buy all these clothes?! Do you sell any of your wonderful finds? x

Went to a lady's house yesterday (I met her at a carboot sale as she was selling some of her mum's furs) and spent £210 on 7 pairs of 40's shoes, jewellery, gloves, perfume, compacts, furs and magazines!! I couldn't stop grinning all the way home. I'm also buying from her a 50's cocktail...
I recommended Ruby Woo to someone yesterday, they stopped me on the street asking me what lipstick I was wearing so I told her what it was. She was surprised about how long it'd lasted lol. Dunno how she knew how long I'd been wearing it though haha.
I agree with Ruby Woo being very drying. I...

Hehe I know, I love the bag! Been hankering after an evening bag for a while now and never quite found one I liked, until now.
That R&K is my second R&K dress - the other one I have is even more gorgeous - black velvet with a sweetheart neckline and flared skirt - £15!
Yesterday I found this in an antique shop - An R&K Original
and this 1940's grey dress that's sadly too big for me!
I'm thinking of putting the grey one on ebay... not sure yet.
And this 1950's austrian crystal bag by Le Soir
I really wanted this, I was gutted it only sold for £45. I would've paid that... damn!

Yeah, it's the 100ml pot! I still can't believe I spent that much on it, but I just had to! I had that facial too!! I booked in for one in Selfridges in London and it was fabulous! Now I'm a CDLM customer, I can book in for free facials whenever I like! I am absolutely hooked for life! Can't...

Thanks to Moira;
Love it :D
I was on the underground the other day and a lady grinned at me as she walked past, she stopped and said 'oh gosh you look so lovely, very vintage!' :)
Went to a fabulous shop yesterday called The Forties Room and I managed to get myself a 1940's red suit with fur collars and cuffs, a pair of crocheted gloves and the most gorgeous 40's felt hat, in a lovely stone colour!
Pictures will come soon hehe.
Moira, omg, that skirt is divine!!!!
