Orig. Jesse James with Fonda and Power. Colorized and sharp. Interesting story line and vintage style. James was (is) a hero for his personal war against the railroad before he became a common criminal and bank robber.
Hat sizes are the problem
I had an Open Road in the 70's and it was a great hat. That LBJ went everywhere in all kinds of weather and held its own. Trouble is.........you can't find them in large sizes, i.e. 7 7/8 or 8. Fact is.......most outlets stop at 7 3/4 on most styles and makes. So a big...
Bad guy personified
Richard Boone in Hombre.
He was not only a killer and handy with a gun but basically an evil soul. Today we'd call him a sociopath.
Cincy "Home of Skyline Chili"
Skyline Chili is an awesome restaurant company. They are home to the famous coney, that is......hot dog, chili, cheese, mustard, onions and you can add hot sauce to your own taste. Also the plates of spaghetti with chili, cheese, etc on top are called 3-way...

James said, "I want you and your family to...
Get out of my head
The Birds! The movie has made bird-haters out of many.........I know people who are still terrified of the creatures.........The scene where the birds are lining up on the utility wires getting ready to have at it.................

I have been to Juliette and it is a cool place. The cafe appears just as it was in the movie and the fried green tomatoes are tasty!
In Danville, Ky, the movie Pharoah's Army was filmed in part at the Danville outdoor theatre. They have a movie set of an old town, circa 1860's, and...
nicholson
How about The Postman Always Rings Twice or Schmidt. He can do it all. Goin South is my fav Nicholson movie that illus. his character acting ability.
collecting is a disease and there's no known cure
I'm a book collector, can't seem to stop. Also love those old cast iron toys, especially the horse drawn vehicles, my specialty.
Old tractors..........too much work but fun.
Hanging in the garage
My old Resistol is really a "close friend." It hangs in the garage because that's where I put on my boots, coat, and hat to "cowboy up" when I go outside. I do like the "Gus" look and think my hat could stand a change.
