    That is a beautiful jacket. In my opinion Lost Worlds have a feel and appreciation for vintage style leathers that most other companies cannot match. They have a real sense of what makes for an authentic looking garment. Maybe only Goodwear have that same feel?

    Eastman B-6 Hi, I've an Eastman B-6 in 'redskin' finish. The leather is surprisingly thick and strong, no tears or other damage so far, and I've had it around 5 years. I purposely avoided the B-3 as it has one less pocket, and thought it would be just too bulky and hot to wear.

    Think what would happen if you wore the jacket on a long motorcycle ride in pouring rain - then wore the jacket until it dried out. This won't harm a horsehide utility/motorcycle/military jacket. In fact they were designed for conditions like that. So do the same with your jacket. Why not...

    Yes, it's a sheep turned inside out. I have an Eastman B6 which does without the horsehide reinforcements, but it's proved to be very durable.

    I hang my B6 up out of the winter season - A hanger is OK but it must be very deep at the shoulder, to spread the weight of the jacket, to avoid stretching.
