A great movie to cop some great style

I was watching A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN last night ( inspired by our own White Sox win!!) and I'd fogotten what a great movie that is, and a terriffic film to grab some vintage dress ideas from. Subtle but effictive I think that movie works on a lot of levels and style is one of them.

The Natural and a League...

I have to say, The Natural has always been in my top ten of all time favorites, with some great set and costuming detail.

I also liked a League enough to constantly use the line every time my kids have an issue, "Hey, there's no crying in baseball..." Of coarse they're only 10 months old and have no clue what I'm talking about. But what the hell, it's a good line anyway.
