I've just added the following concerning photos posted on the Lounge to the Powder Room FAQ, and am posting it here as well to make sure everyone sees it:
"Please be aware that, because we don't actually host the pictures, the Lounge can't control what happens to your photos once you've posted them here. They could end up posted on other boards, in blogs, or anywhere else on the Net without your consent, for purposes you might not appreciate. Therefore, we advise you use discretion when sharing photos of yourself or friends -- we aren't responsible for where they might end up."
Please make a note of it -- there are cases of Lounge members' photos being linked to by other boards along with the sort of snide commentary we wouldn't allow in the Lounge, and if this is something you wouldn't find acceptable, please be careful about posting pix.
