Anyone own a Caloric range?

I just purchased a late-‘40s or early-‘50s Caloric range like the one in the ad (not identical, but very close):

It’s in beautiful condition and 99% complete. However, it is missing one of the tubes for the standing pilot light on the left side of the cooktop.

By chance does anyone have a similar stove and know where to get parts? Or better yet, have a model number I can give to my local appliance store? This part doesn’t look that complicated, I have the one from the right side and it’s just an 8" brass tube with a dogleg halfway down and a 90-degree bend at the end - the orifice for the gas is the only part I couldn’t replicate at home.

You also might try calling "Controls Inc." In North Carolina. a vendor of gas controls and parts specialising in Ovens. You also might try your local gas company. Get past the salesmen, the office busybodies and the 20 something high-school drop outs who shuffle tanks around and find the old timer serviceman. Or in my case the apt pupil of such servicemen. A halfway competent gas technician can custom drill the orifice you need in a couple of minutes.

I finally did find a plate with a model and serial number on it. It was in one of the warming drawers right in plain sight, and I'm not sure why I missed it before.

The model number is "W 6428 X" and the serial number is "450933". I'm not sure what any of that means (the SN leads me to believe I might have one of the first 1000 stoves produced in 1945, but that's just a guess), but maybe my local appliance repair shop will. Google certainly is no help unless you have an O'Keefe & Merritt.
