bigger sizes in the Uk

Where can I find larger sized clothing in the UK?
I wear US size 56r jackets and 48"waist.

Is sizing the same in the US and the UK?Thanks

I'm pretty sure the Small/Med/Large etc sizing is different, at least in the UK I'm a small shirt size and a medium in the US.

As for large size clothing, I know Marks and Spencer and Debenhams do 'Big and Tall' ranges of men's clothing, but their selections seem to be pretty limited.

Did a quick google search and there do seem to be quite a few places here in the UK that specialise in Big and Tall type clothing such as Highandmighty.
