A quick Google search showed that according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the average U.S. woman is 5' 3.7 (162 centimeters) tall and weighs 152 pounds (69 kilograms). This corresponds to a Body Mass Index of 26.3 kilograms/meters², which is slightly less than the average man's.

Hmmm. I guess I just don't notice women that heavy.

Baron, Powers does that just to annoy you. It's done on purpose.lol

Whatever. If you guys consider a man whose height is 5'11" (or more accurately, according to earlier posts 6' to 6'1") "small" so be it.

For some reason i can't add jamespowers to my ignore list. I've been trying for years.

Uh, a man of that stature and a size 37 isn't small (height wise) he is just really, really thin. :p The average weight for a man that size is 195-220 lbs depending on what source you choose--as I said before. The average man is a glutton to you I suppose. :p
You can't ignore bartenders by the way.

After seeing Dinerman's, I've been itching to get a medium blue DB jacket.

I watched for a week before I finally took the plunge:

"VTG-1940s-50s-Double-Breasted-Navy-Suit-Coat-Blazer-40"

The seller was saying that this is a 40 reg, but those measurements really translate to a 38 short.

This was beyond my limit for single jackets (meaning this purchase just raised my price ceiling. Darn these impeccably dressed gents of The Lounge. Now, I just can't seem to have enough jackets!). That said, I'm a real cheapskate.

What do you guys think?

I love it. It looks identical to a Kuppenheimer suit I own.
