I have been lurking about for a couple of weeks, enjoying reading up on all the topics, but this is my first post. I am hoping you can help me on 2 things.
My Wife has a leather jacket that needs to be cleaned and conditioned. My first instinct is get out the saddle soap to clean it and then condition it with some Apple Care, a leather conditioner. The jacket is a soft black leather.
My second question is can anyone identify this jacket I saw on the tv show "Bones" last night? www.fox.com/bones/media/. Go to the galleries and look at Man in the Bear. (Sorry don't know how to link the picture.) It is the jacket David Boreanaz is wearing. It looks like a waxed cotton jacket to me, but not like any Filson or Barbour I can find.
