Wow! Well, it's older than mine - mine's 50-53, and this one's '40s. Very, very nice hat!

I've been wearing mine quite a bit, and it gets a lot of positive comments. Pugs are very popular.

Picked up this Habig Homburg for $32.00. Listed as 58/59 cm. Looks to be in very good condition. The liner and logo are similar to my 1940 so might be a old one.

Here is my first ever eBay felt, Royal Stetson, also my first ever bi-tone trim. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't go significantly higher. I hope the crease isn't too stuck.

Ah, I feel so relieved that I've just been watching some of these hats and haven't been stressing over actually bidding on any. The break feels good, hehehe.. Don't know how long I can stay off the wagon though.. Hopefully long enough to budget-up for that campdraft or fed I want.

Regarding that Portis - rlk and I picked up three '40s Portis hats on ebay a while back, so I'm sure he recognizes the quality and placed his bid accordingly for this one. The similar one I picked up a few weeks ago feels much like the old dress Stetson 3X's, but felt is a little thinner. I'm guessing rlk's will be of similar quality. Plus, with that wider brim-binding, it should be a real beauty.
