Will do. I used to do matting/framing of historical documents, so these will get special treatment.

To people in the know Art Fawcetts hats are legendary, but I think a lot of casual ebayers are only interested in the more broadly recognizable, i.e Stetson Whippets.

I think the price is a reflection of the non-whippet like bash and an apparently narrow brim. Something seemed amiss but probably just an optical illusion...I bid on it but lost it to a last second snipe. I regret not bidding higher but already have two whippets in the kennel.

I hope not - I have a 7 1/8 long oval that I hoped would fit me but it doesn't, so I'll be tossing it in the bay sometime soon.

That is a perfect example of a hat that would have commanded
a much higher price in the Classifieds section here than it did on eBay!
