Was gone all last week in a trip that took me thru Oklahoma to Fort Smith Arkansas and down. (why I was on a laptop and hated it. )
Was in Fort Smith for a week and looked at alot of old historical homes. Many have been restored but many are just falling apart due to downward spiral of area.
Has anyone come up with a way to save an area like this and I would love to discuss it.
My suggestion would be to buy out all the smaller houses and move them somewhere. This would leave all the older larger ones. Any ideas?
