    marked size 7 1/2
    Excellent unworn condition; 1 line/mark in felt on top of brim (see pic)

    open crown 5 1/4"
    brim 2 1/4"
    ribbon 1 3/4"
    brim binding 1/4"
    length width
    8 1/8" x 6 3/4 = 23.47" approx circumference

    Nice hat!!! Miller Bros Inc (Texas Miller Inc) started making Adam hats in 1955 and that deal lasted until 1986. So you've got a 30-year period for this hat, though I would put more within the first 10 years.

  8. My guess would be because of the shorter brim (ALMOST stingy). Because otherwise it is an awesome hat!

    Love the color, but yeah. . . the brim length is the killer for me. I chased a Resistol San Antonio of a similar color to nearly twice your asking price, all for 3/4" of brim.
