A closer shot of the zipper would tell 40s from 50s. As shown probably late 40s. The gathered sides say late 40s, also with a half-belt. The collar doesn't say anything other than cool looking!
It does have a unique look; half-belt back, collar, sheep skin lining, not too long. The square pocket front is a common touch, but nothing adds up to a particular maker/company label for me.
I will look in the Sears catalog for something similar.
I was looking at the sears thread and it looks like some sort of combo of the cossack and the shirling lined, since it's partially quilted partially sheepskin lined.. let me know if you spot the exact model!
