Spring is here at last, the yellow daffodils are smiling away, just got the first cut of the year for the lawn, and it signals bed-time for Mr Irvin (he's served me well this wintry season).

So what winter jacket are you going to be putting to bed until next winter.

Once it warms up, I'll be retiring my Indy goat and Indy lamb, which I just got last week. But I'm trying to get as much wear out of it right now. (It's 40 degrees this morning with snow falling about 10 miles away (but not here).
