I hear ya. Not sure how easy to make that pattern change. The neck opening does sit further back or something into the upper back panel. I have always noticed on a JL a back length of 24 wears similar to my aeros with a longer back length say 25 ish.

the slim fit half belt design they have, del-66, have a pretty cool collar. Much better than the m-200.

Gonna roll with these and prlly black 3.5 cxl hh overdye. 10 two way main. I think antique brass will look good when brown starts showing through vs using nickel. Also like more subdued look

Their business is so good that they don't even need to promote themself, the waiting time is 2 months for custom jacket.

This is true but I’m not on IG everyday...it’s a bit...D-baggy for me but maybe that’s just my feed. I mean web design isn’t rocket science. Plus the detail you find on a site far exceeds a couple hashtags. It’s been a long time since Adobe dreamweaver was the sole Ave. if you can post on IG, you can easily develop your site with all the detail customers appreciate and frankly need. Maybe I should submit my resume?

I think JL has the weirdest customers compare with other maker (asking funky design, unusual color combination, or request unusually heavy leather etc.....), it shows JL's capability to done any project customer wants.

Yep, stock half belt that is super well made. that is suede is super nice too when I tried it on at the store, the cut of the jacket is very flattering, slim sleeves et al. That's the design I want to get with my brown cxl jacket with a few tweaks but hard to change anything here really lol

I hear you, they are very open to request but upfront if there is any design/construction issue. What a company.

Milled feels firmer and less grain. I think I am going to go with 3.5 oz cxl overdye (not pictured or in stock) although I love the soft supple naked cow

I am taking a gamble on the black overdye myself. Looks pretty good in pics, but it is hard to tell until you have an actual jacket in your hand. I wouldn't mind a heavier cxl like the one Aero uses. I love the way that hide looks, but I have yet to handle one. Are you going with horse or steer?

I prefer a more shiny/deeper black. I am worried the overdye will be a little dull and flat. What do you think? It is hard to tell in pics on the internet.

I think the overdye they get is horwen cxl horse in 3.5-3.75 depending on batch going of IG pics of jackets.

the 3 0z tumbled sample i got is nice but i have an aero in that leather already wanna try the overdye
