Here's a couple of quick ones.

The jacket has dried out now from the wash but is currently very stiff and needs some re-conditioning to put some oils back into the surface, so it looks matt and pale.

But you can see pretty much how it fits.

I'm currently on the lookout for the next size up (an L, mine's an M) and I'm hoping it fits just like this

I've started sorting our my cheapo Gap trucker and unfortunately I ran out of conditioner part way through, so I haven't been able to do the sleeves.

But it's looking quite nice. I'm really keen to get it finished and get wearing it.

Very nice jacket - I have a Vanson Maverick in the Brandy Roma leather that is quite similar to yours although the Vanson has snaps vice buttons. Image attached for reference.

It appears that Manuel is a very cooperative assistant!

Every time I get an email from Vanson, I end up lusting over a Comet in the Brandy Roma (or the Cognac). It looks lovely!
I was surprised/delighted at the quality of the leather on this Maverick/Brandy jacket. The leather is very supple and the quality and color are well worth the up charge over the usual comp leather. Vanson used to have a Granite Roma (medium/dark gray) and Tan Maverick but they only list the standard and Brandy Maverick now. I snagged a Granite Roma Maverick back in July although the hides used are not nearly as nice as the Brandy but still worth the purchase.

My new batch of conditioner has arrived, so I've been on the case with this jacket again.

It's currently basting but what I did do last time once it had partway soaked in was to give it a gentle warm up with my daughter's hairdryer and wipe it down with a microfibre cloth.

That seemed to encourage absorption of the conditioner and also removed excess in one fell swoop. I say "seemed to", but I have no idea if that's a viable way to do things or I'm just delightedly fooling myself by pretending it's the same as rewaxing a Barbour.

Pics to follow, eventually.

Here we go. Washed, dried, conditioned, waxed, blow-dried, wiped over, all sorts of nonsense.

Bad picture in fluorescent light in my kitchen, but wev.

The hoodie is only a lightweight one, which I've been wearing under the jacket during "processing" so I don't get stuff on my t shirt.
Very nice transformation - all your efforts are reflected in the rejuvenated hides giving the jacket a more premium look.
