Lucky Jacket.

Out for a Sunday stroll with some friends today and I discovered a pile of clean, folded clothes sitting on top of a garbage can today (people in NYC often leave clothes out like this for homless people). Top of the pile was a hardly worn late 30's/early 40's Admiral Byrd russet horsehide jacket, just my size. And I found $8.25 in the pocket. I LOVE THIS TOWN! The rest of the pile was all women's clothing from the 30's/40's/50's which I left behind for amother lucky fellow or gal.
