    Today's lunch is spinach potato balls with mustard dipping sauce and chocolate avocado mousse. Yum!

    I didn't even know any of those three things existed until I read your post. Must be nice to have a gourmet chef make lunch for you. Kidding aside, I'm impressed. I had frosted mini-wheats, grapes and milk (w/ U-Bet Chocolate syrup) for lunch :(.

    I have horrendous eating habits in that I tend to not eat. This took great pre-planning on my part!

    I'd give you a hard time about not adding seltzer to your milk and U-Bet to make an egg cream, but I doubt it would have been tasty with mini-wheats!

    Oh dear God, even I didn't put chocolate milk in the cereal, but I do like the seltzer idea.
