My first Stratoliner

Finally, after months of being patient and a bit of luck, my first stratoliner landed (well almost).

I am surprised it didn't go above $100 range. Perhaps this is because it's a newer stratoliner (the stetson logo looks late 50's to 60's).

Would anyone like to correct this assumption?

I'm planning to bash it like Douglas' no. 3 bash on his Stetson 100 or the Cavanagh that Razzman got a week or two ago (c'mon Razzman, don't be shy. You can show it to us) lol

this is the picture of the Stetson logo on the liner. Could it be earlier than i thought?

There is an open road with this logo being advertised as a 1940's hat. Speaking of which, since the stratoliner made its maiden commercial flight in 1942, when did stetson begin and stopped producing these hats?

Thanks Douglas. The current bash has what i 'd call a 'butt ugly' bash at the moment.lol Can't wait to put my hands on it to change that.lol
