Old-style Shoelaces

Pardon me if this has been spoken about before, but does anyone know a source for new or dead stock flat "ribbon" shoelaces for oxfords, etc? I mean the type popular before the modern, thin, round, waxy style. I have only seen the formal style offered by Cleverley, et al. For lack of a better description, a nicer version of sneaker-style laces.
