It measures 23 1/4. It has been worn, so the liner is a little discolored, but other than that, its a great hat! The only reason I am considering selling is I would like a Raiders from Penman instead. These are $375-425 plus shipping ($20) new from Penman. I would take $300 plus whatever my cost of shipping would be for it, paypal only. Just let me know if you are interested or have any other questions.
