My new hats! (Actually, I got that grey Stetson Saxon earlier this year)
The bowler on the above left is a Moores bowler, the black fedora on the top right (the one with the pinched side) is a Champ Stretchlin. Its got a 4 3/4" crown & 1 7/8" wide brim. The other black stingy is a Royal Stetson fedora (it has side pinches right now). Its got a 1 3/4" brim, 4 7/8" crown and a 2" hatband.
The grey Saxon originally came with a center dent crown, but I had a go at rebashing it to something that is supposed to be a teardrop-like shape (my first time rebashing a crown ever
)
The Royal Stetson:

So this is the extent of my hat collection, the Saxon and the bowler both have 2" brims. The felt quality on the two other fedoras are of much higher quality compared to the new Saxon, they just feel so much better..
I'm not quite sure what to do with the bowler hat though, It fits well, but I just don't feel comfortable wearing it, even though the bowler hat shape is my favorite of them all.. I think I need one with a 1 3/4" brim instead. I feel that the 2" brim just isn't right on me, so I may resell that bowler.

Borchert Berlin W., size 59cm, back of sweatband stamped August 6, 1952. Josh gets the credit for this one. It turned out to be really fantastic!

That is a beautiful German Stetson, Chepstow! Whats interesting is the curl on that homburg. It could just be the pictures, but it seems that the curl has been ironed flatter than other American Stetson homburgs from that period. I like it alot. It reminds me of the original soft hats from the 1890's.
