Thanks Dan. It scratched a longtime itch.
Here's a question for some of the vintage gurus.....I've seen a lot of vintage Haband ties that were exceptionally sporty looking (and U.S. made judging by the label). Back in the day, were they a catalog company like they are now? They must've had a customer base other than the velour track suit crowd back then. I used to have a nice haband guayabera shirt, and they don't even sell those anymore, a staple of any Florida retiree's wardrobe. Now it's all zipper shirts and Velcro shoes. What kind of stuff did they have back then?

Well, I've been busy this summer which has taken me away from the beloved Ties thread. I return with an Aloha!

3" wide, feels like rayon, "Hand Painted Hawaii" on lining. If I moved the skirt sideways any more, the moderators might take issue :p
