There is currently a black Stetson St Regis Homburg up for auction on ebay and I see that it has a few watchers. It is listed as a 7 1/4, but is in fact a 7 3/8. I know because I bought it and returned it. The seller, unfortunately, doesn't seem to have taken to heart any of my advice for relisting it and has put it up exactly as it was before and even used the same pictures (even though I brushed it and steamed it before returning it).
As a word of warning, the crown is a bit lopsided, but the reason I returned it was that it was too large and mis-identified. Here is a picture of the tag inside the hat that I took in order to effect my return.
