Heck, my Dad is 72 (yeah, I know, it's weird that I'm only 18 and my half-bro is 41) and he acts my age if not younger.

I know how you feel. My dad was 83 when he passed this year and I am 37. My oldest brother is old enough to be my father and my father was old enough to be my grandfather. In school, my friends fathers were Vietnam vets and my father was a WWII vet. The good thing was that my father grew up in the Golden Era and loved to tell me about the good and the bad of it. He never sugar coated it and just told it as it was. I am very lucky. Hope you and your dad are able to talk about the past.

The Law Suit

The ultimate disposition is dependent upon the facts of the case,
its inherent merit for further pursuit, whether it can withstand the
rigor and expense of appellate recourse--then, there's alway the issue
of judgemente non obstente veredicto.
